"I first came to Kathy for biofeedback to help reduce the impact of migraines on my life. The sessions were very productive and I learned a number of good tools I could incorporate in my daily life to reduce tension and the "stress response." But I found I got as much out of just _talking_ to Kathy as I did out of the biofeedback portion of the session. As a result, I went back to her for several sessions of more traditional "therapy" when I was trying to sort through a particularly stressful period in my work life.
