What I Do
I have been a therapist for over 25 years, working in a variety of settings with individuals of all ages and groups. As a lifelong learner, I have continued to add to my repertoire of skills and enhance my professional growth over the years.
I love helping people, Given my areas of expertise my work may include helping clients decrease chronic pain and physical symptoms, learn to relax, handle stress and practice better self-care, improve relationships, decrease anxiety and depression or heal from trauma.
I feel privileged to be a catalyst for positive change and find deep satisfaction in helping clients lead more fulfilling, healthier lives.
